Behold the power of collective thinking.

In any industry, before you can provide great products, you've got to start with great people. That's why when we set out to design and build the best windows and doors in the industry, we focused on people first. People with advanced technical knowledge. People that know how to do things right the first time. But most importantly, people who realize that integrity and trust are not simply words, but a way of life.
With our proven expertise in the industry, you can clearly see our promise of quality and innovation in every window and door we make. Not to mention how we go about making them. To us, it's about creating an environment that brings out the best in everyone, and accepts nothing less. It's about doing things the way they should be done, not necessarily the way they've always been done. It's about giving back to our communities and the things that matter most. And it's about family — ours, as well as yours.
At Wincore®, our philosophy is simple. It's not about being the biggest. It's about being the best.
Because to us, that's the way it should be.

Quality production before production even begins.

To make great windows and doors, you need more than great people. You need a great place to work. And that’s exactly what you’ll find when you visit our advanced manufacturing facility. Skillfully designed by process managers who know how a window should be made, every step in our manufacturing process is streamlined for maximum efficiency while allowing the opportunity for handcrafted detailing by an experienced production team. So, whether it is an order for five windows or five hundred, each and every customer is assured of quality-built, on-time orders. Granted, there are larger window manufacturers out there with even larger facilities. But to us, it’s not about being the biggest. It’s about being the best. After all, isn’t that the way it should be?

Since we're getting to know each other, you might want to know that pink is our favorite color.

If you want to build a better window, you’ve got to start with people who not only know how to build a better window, but who understand that there is more to life than windows. So that’s exactly what we’ve done. From day one, we have assembled the best and brightest in the industry and created a team with a proven track record for building great windows and doors. But more importantly, they have a proven track record for giving back to their communities and the things that really matter. They’re people with heart. And that commitment can be seen throughout our entire organization.
Like streamlined manufacturing processes that minimize waste. Partnering with local elementary schools to provide classroom materials for kids. And doing our part in the fight against breast cancer. Because breast cancer has touched so many lives, including a few of ours, we determined early on that we needed to do what we could to help fight it. That’s why we’ve made a long term commitment to take a portion of our sales and make annual donations to Tough Enough to Wear Pink™ — a non-profit organization dedicated to fundraising and increasing awareness to benefit breast cancer research. In the grand scheme of things, it may not seem like much. But our thought is, if everybody does a little, it won’t be long until we all accomplish a whole lot.
